Jason joined Terwilliger Pappas in 2020 as an Investment Associate. In this role, he focuses on the capital raising and investment activities of the company.
Jason began his career at Brown Investment Properties in 2012, where he leased and marketed apartment units. Since then, he has been involved in the sourcing, underwriting, capitalizing, and closing of 3,000 apartment units and 600,000 SF of office space in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Jason earned a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UNC-Chapel Hill. Before UNC-Chapel Hill, Jason played varsity tennis at Appalachian State. Jason holds a NC Real Estate License and has passed level one of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program. Additionally, he is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
